This is the essential tool that brings the eye shadow colors together. Be sure to soften the line by blending it with a small square tipped brush (or you can use your finger). Unless you’re going for the "all eyes" look, remember use the soft brown liner only half way (starting from the outer corner to the middle of the eye) so that your eyes stay bright and open.

*TO add more depth, go on top of the blended pencil with a little brown eye shadow (just on the outer corners).

This soft brown liner defines your eyes big time!
